Pinned topic debugCrossover with sslTrackingEnabled does not work in WAS 8.5 Liberty Profile

‏2014-01-08T07:08:18Z |

Using the property <httpSession sslTrackingEnabled="true" debugCrossover="true"/> in server.xml does not allow login to the application with WAS 8.5 Liberty profile.

Using only 'debugCrossover' works fine, but when used with sslTrackingEnabled, the login fails.

Also, on application start up- the following message is seen on the console - 'Session 4ELdiQrTyiuzk1K158d0SDM was retrieved when session SESSIONMANAGEMENTAFFINI was expected.' This, however should not be the reason for the failure.

The documentation in the below link states that sslTrackingEnabled is deprecated as in WAS 7.0

Need to know if sslTrackingEnabled option is still valid and also if it works fine in WAS 8.5 Liberty Profile.

I believe sslTrackingEnabled is a valid option and I am not aware of any problems when combined with debugCrossover.  If this appears to be causing a login problem you should probably open a PMR so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
