    Hi,

You can use IBM Systems Director if an agent is supported within the operating system running on the server, which will provide you hardware monitoring via the Director console server (remote monitoring), or you can just log in to the Integrated Management Module (IMM) on the server to view various sensors (including temperature) in the chassis. Director is a software implementation whereas the IMM is already in the server and can be accessed remotely via a web browser, provided you configured it with an IP address via the system's BIOS and cabled the server's management port.

    Hope this helps.
