Does any one have an idea about how I can manually fix these issues?

Using SA 11.4.2.4

Additionally i am finding that when i run Update or repair foreign keys the tool is crashing with out error

FYI the same encyclopaedia with the same errors works correctly in SA 11.4.0.3

Chris - have you tried the Tools/Dictionary Update, or the Tools/Synchronize Mirror Properties functions?

      Hi Joseph,

Thanks for the advice. I did as you suggested but it did not make a difference, I still get the same 20 errors

      Any ideas?

Chris - they may need to be done manually.   Try running a definition report on each of the definition types below.  Check the property columns (Entity, Table Name, To Table, From Table) that may be empty for each definition in the report.  Attempt to populate them manually with 'something' that makes sense.  If it is still possible to ask the original user of the database about these definitions, they may be able to help in fixing it.  If the definitions themselves are outdated, maybe try deleting them all together as a last resort.

        *Access Path

        *Index

        *Attribute

        *Column

        *Physical Foreign Key Component
