Pinned topic XSL conditional execution based upon whether debug probe is enabled

‏2014-03-13T12:50:20Z |

I want to execute code (adding debug-only context vars basically) only when the Debug Probe is active.

Currently I have a few places where there's code like this

<xsl:variable name="domain" select="dp:variable('var://service/domain-name')"/>

<xsl:if test="contains('DEV',$domain)">

To wrap code where I want more debug info available to the probe, or more logging, or some combination.

It occurs to me it would be more ideal if there was a way to sensitize this to whether the probe was active or not. That would be very handy for doing debugging of production processing anomalies.
