My company is using MAXIMO 18.104.22.168 plus Service Provider add on 22.214.171.124.
The Service Provider documentation has a section talking about incident, Solutions and Problems applications including the Priority Matrix application in order to automatically calculate the Internal Priority to be applied based upon the Urgency and Impact values typed by the Call Center operator.
However, in our installation those applications are missing and after talking with IBM guys we are more confused now seeing the IBM MAXMO demo site (maximo7.demos.ibm/maximo) where Service Providers is not installed but the Incident, Solutions and Problems application are present.
Please, if someone user of IBM consultant can clarify this issue it should be really helpful for us.
