Pinned topic SUA worked, after upgrading server times out

I recently patched our servers/consoles/relays/clients from 8.2.1364 to 8.2.1372 and now when I try to access SUA i'm receiving


"Connection with the server has failed.
Please check your network connection and try again."

If i hop on the main service and run the configuration manager it tells me that the BFInventory database already exists.

How do I reconfigure our SUA to connect to the already existing databases??

DSS backend services are running without any issues that I can tell and we are still showing as subscribed in our License overview.
