How are you generating the URL for the iframe?

Using iframes in WEF portelts is not a typical use case, but if you have an absolute need to do so, then you'll need to be sure that you're generating a URL that will work in portal/portlets.     You can use the WEF URLMapper API to ask for URLs to a specified action.

For AJAX URLs (URL to a portlet/model action directly and not via refreshing entire portal page), see the back channel URLmapper as described in the following recent forum thread:

    I hope that info helps,

      Hi ,

We have implemented three portlet models(three different projects) on a page.

In first portlet model, created one model and in this model added iframe, src of iframe given is  webAppAccess.getBackChannelActionURL("action name",false) as suggested above. It is working fine locally but after deploying it on server we got whole portal loaded  in the first portlet.

      Thanks
