    Hi.

Are you able to open properties page?

If not, check the security on the target Document class (Security tab in FEM, not Default Instance Security).

If you can, please test following URL : http://<server>:<port>/navigator/viewers/verify.jsp

You'll see if everything seems alright in your viewers configuration.

    Best regards,

    Nicolas

      Hi Nicolas,

Yes, I am able to see the properties of the documents.

Here is the result of verify viewer jsp:

      Verify ViewONE Pro

      Setting Value Validity
      iviewproConfigurationDirectory (in web.xml) C:\\Program Files (x86)\\IBM\\ECMClient\\config Ok
Streamer configuration file C:\Program Files (x86)\IBM\ECMClient\config\iviewpro.streamer.properties Ok
Streamer cache directory C:\Program Files (x86)\IBM\ECMClient\config\cache Ok
Streamer log directory C:\Program Files (x86)\IBM\ECMClient\config Ok
Streamer log file C:\Program Files (x86)\IBM\ECMClient\config\streamer.log Ok
Redact configuration file C:\Program Files (x86)\IBM\ECMClient\config\iviewpro.redacttofile.properties Ok
Redact log directory C:\Program Files (x86)\IBM\ECMClient\config Ok
Redact log file C:\Program Files (x86)\IBM\ECMClient\config\redacttofile.log

      Ok

the only things i see in red are:

XSLT verification failed. XSLT is required by ViewONE Pro for import/export of annotations. Exception: java.lang.ClassCastException Error Message: com.ibm.xtq.xslt.jaxp.compiler.TransformerFactoryImpl incompatible with javax.xml.transform.TransformerFactory

      Verify Client Side Plugins

      Plugin Status
IBM AFP Viewer Plugin not installed. feature cannot be used.
Adobe Reader not installed. feature cannot be used.

          Hi Nicolas,

I have already setup the "PATH" variable as mentioned in the documentation. Also I am running ICN on Windows Server, so I assume X Window server configuration is not needed.

          Thanks

This sounds like a classloading issue.

Did you add some features on your ICN (plugins...)?

Can you check on WAS that classes are loaded with local class loader first (parent last)?

            Best regards,

            Nicolas

First of all would like to thank you for the quick response.

I have not added any extra feature on top of basic ICN.

Here is the classloading settings for navigator application

Class loader orderClasses loaded with parent class loader first
Classes loaded with local class loader first (parent last)
WAR class loader policyClass loader for each WAR file in application
              Single class loader for application

Can you paste the startServer.log file from your WebSphere profile where ICN is deployed?

There is a problem with your XSL libraries (xml-apis and javax.xml), which may be the root cause of your problem.

                What is your JRE version?

                Best regards,

                Nicolas

I do not notice strange information.

There are two differences between your verify.jsp and mine : I pass XSLT validation and in the "Verifiy Client Side Plugins" Adobe Reader is set to "Installed".

                    Sorry to be unhelpful.

                    Best regards,

                    Nicolas
