Pinned topic Locking and Unlocking a queue

‏2013-05-17T05:17:24Z |

Hi All,

I am new to datapower, I have a requirement to lock a queue for placing messages and once completed the queue should be unlocked .Idea is to lock the queue until the messages are placed .Once completed the queue should be available for all.

Thanks,

I don't think you're going to be able to do this from within DataPower, I think you'll need to use MQ admin facilities.

    Thanks for the response,

The requirement was to split the messages and place the queue unless the whole message is placed to the queue ,the messages should not be picked up.so we need a solution for that.

What I got now is to use MQ syncpoint  option in PMO option and commit after all messages are placed.

Please advice ,whether its possible or not .Also please let me know if there is any other solution.
