Pinned topic TM1 10.2.2 on Windows 10 - Subset editor items disappear when using multiselect with Shift Key

‏2017-10-18T20:55:31Z | 10 editor subset windows

Hi There,

 I am running TM1 10.2.2 FP6 and have just started upgrading our users to Windows 10. I am noticing that in Perspectives, when the subset editor is used to multi-select items while holding down the shift key, the item text disappears. Using Ctrl to select individual items does not have this issue. We have a Perspectives install on a brand new machine and notice the same issue.

This is happening at the consolidation and leaf level as well. I have attached a screenshot where 4 items are selected in the pane and their details show up in the Properties pane, but the item text for 3 items are not visible.

Not sure if this is a TM1 Perspectives or a Windows issue.

Any help with this is appreciated.

Thanks.

    Yes it occurs on FP3 as well. Only when Windows 10 was installed

    Hi,

    I have the exact same issue as you describe both with:

    * Planning Analytics / Architect / Windows 10

    * Planning Analytics / Architect / Windows Server 2016

    Other users experience the same problem.

    They only thing I managed to figure out thus far is that it doesn't happen when using an old Windows 7 PC and that it only seems to happen if I use the Shit key.
