Pinned topic java.sql.SQLException: ERROR: TimeSeries not in memory!

‏2013-12-06T15:33:46Z |

Greetings!

again, what used to work now fails:

select Clip( meter_vals, '2013-11-23 13:15:00.00000'::datetime year to fraction( 5), '2013-11-23 17:30:00.00000'::datetime year to fraction( 5) ) from foo_meters_ts where  ( meter_number = 1234 )

works well in dbaccess but in Java I get (upon saying rs.getObject(1) as suggested in the manuals):

java.sql.SQLException: ERROR: TimeSeries not in memory!

which is very strange since this statement seemed to have worked in other circumstances. And I have checked my type-map for the connection used.

any suggestions from the knowledgeable would be welcome!
