Does the user have write privilege to \\usirvsrvtion?

There may be a permission issue specifically on the file Testing.pdf.pdf, or there may be insufficient free space on the volume.  Check the properties on that file specifically, and also check the free space on the share point.

Comment - It seems odd that Synergy is trying to write the file to path \\usirvsrvtion\Testing.pdf.pdf, while update is saying that failed to update it as a member of the Verification directory in the 'V' project. So it seems there may be an issue with the sharepoint?  Try syncing the project to regular Windows path on the local client instead of using UNC path.  If it still has problems with the file, this will narrow it to just that file.

    Hi Roh,

of course the architecture of the PC will not have anything to do with the work area, so you should concentrate on how are the users connected to the network with the desktop or the laptop? does laptop mean e.g. "access from outside via VPN"? Perhaps you can narrow the problems down by investigating the differences between those computers.

One other idea: Do the users use the same work area, one time via PC one time via laptop? This might make problems, if for any reason a file is still locked from the other computer. It might be a better idea to create separate work areas for every computer / user - if the users synch their WA regularly, at least before they walk to their other computer, a simple update will suffice on the second machine.

One other idea: the destination path given here is very strange: \\usirvsation\Testing.pdf.pdf. shall be written, although a file named "Testing.pdf" of type pdf shall be written to directory "Validation". There seems to be some kind of conflict between 'Testing.pdf~2:pdf:HITX#1' and 'Testing.pdf.pdf~2:pdf:HITX#1'. Perhaps both these object versions exist and cannot coexist on the same directory? Create a project version without a work area and query for all objects in the project with the type 'pdf'

This issue is not specific to UNC path files, but also with non UNC path files for other projects.

users connected to the network with same network to desktop and the laptop

With Same project, but created a different workarea on Desktop as this is not working on Laptop.

User also tried to create new WorkArea on Laptop, but no luck got the same error.
