Does the user have write privilege to \\usirvsrvtion?

There may be a permission issue specifically on the file Testing.pdf.pdf, or there may be insufficient free space on the volume.  Check the properties on that file specifically, and also check the free space on the share point.

Comment - It seems odd that Synergy is trying to write the file to path \\usirvsrvtion\Testing.pdf.pdf, while update is saying that failed to update it as a member of the Verification directory in the 'V' project. So it seems there may be an issue with the sharepoint?  Try syncing the project to regular Windows path on the local client instead of using UNC path.  If it still has problems with the file, this will narrow it to just that file.
