We have rules functionality available in Integration Designer , in Process Designer and also in ODM. What are the differences & advantages of one option over another. Please let me know.

I think all are outdated and would prefer support for DMN and declarative rules. During my eight years with BPM I was never tempted to use them, particularly not the BAL variants. The last six months I have used the decision tables in Case Manager, which also has an embedded version and it sort of works for some use cases, but not too well.
Don't forget Decision Composer. Perhaps slightly better. I have only glanced at it. It says it is compatible with DMN, but I guess this is partial support.
