Questions regarding the DB2 Application Extension:

Is there a way to mix the require User Sign-on and by-bass User Sign-on options for different Reports?  Or is it one of the other?

Is Single Sign-on going to be an option???

It appears that only reports that are located in the Standard Reports Folder are allowed with this options.  Is that going to Change?

Thanks

This is a global setting so it is one or the other.

We plan to support SSO at some point in the near future.

Yes, that limitation has been lifted in the new REST based web services. However I do not recommend you use these just yet as we are still having issues with multiple log-ins that could lead to frustration on your part. We hope to have these fixed in an upcoming PTF. If you wanted to start experimenting with REST, have a look at the manual:
    https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/community/wikis/home?lang=en#!/wiki/W516d8b60d32c_4fc5_a811_5f3d840bf524/page/SDK%20Web%20Services

But again, keep in mind that you cannot login from more than one interface (including BI Portal). So you have to explicitly log out of BI Portal first.

As an FYI -We do plan to update our DB2 Web Query Application Extension to use the REST web services as well.
