Pinned topic Get status of QRadar devices?

‏2015-11-05T02:50:14Z |

We're setting up a new Central Log Service installation in high-availability mode.  We wish to have an external system poll the status of the devices in the console and event processor clusters in terms of up/down/active/standby.

Is this information available via the REST API?  If so, how do I get to it?

Is there any better way to poll this information?

    Hi DanZerkle,

Unfortunately information about the QRadar deployment hosts is not available via the REST API at this time.  If this is functionality you would like to see, I strongly encourage you to open a Request for Enhancement.

How to open a Request for Enhancement (RFE) for QRadar:
      1. Click the following link to go to the QRadar SIEM RFE page: https://ibm.biz/BdRPx5
      2. Log in to the support portal page.
      3. Click the Submit tab and fill in the required information.
