Pinned topic BUGZILLA to CLEARQUEST migration

‏2013-04-04T05:16:39Z |
Hello friends,
I have to migrate a sum of 500 defects from BUGZILLA to Clearquest.
So first, i exported them with all the fields available.
Almost, 44 fields got exported. But only few fields are mapping to CLEARQUEST. Most of the fields are not getting mapped.
Is it possible to add "CUSTOM" fields to clear quest?
Please suggest me a solution to finish this activity ASAP.

Thanks & regards,

You can create any desirable data structure in ClearQuest, add custom fields, record types, and relationships.

When i tried to export Defects from Clearquest,  i was able to export only six fields(DCR_ID, S, Assigned_for, Headline, Fullname and Submit_date).

only these 6 fields are available to add for export.

Please tell me, How to export all the fields from clearquest.

In order to export data from ClearQuest, you need to use ClearQuest Eclipse client.
Alternatively, you can use ClearQuest native API or OSLC REST API.
