Pinned topic WSRR Web UI Error: Message Key not found

‏2013-04-03T15:51:06Z |
Hi,
We are using WSRR 8.0.1 version and
One of our team members uploaded his wsdl file after logging in with a user ID: admin1(administrator role) in WSRR UI. He got some questions about his services port name and others and came to me .
When I have logged in, in the WSRR UI using admin(administrator role) user and after trying to access the endpoint that he uploaded, it started giving us the following problem:

 Messages
Error: Message Key not found
Report information from a previous "Manage Content" operation could not be found.
Error: Message Key not found
Report information from a previous "Manage Content" operation could not be found.
From the back end, in the System Out logs, it is showing the error as

com.ibm.sr.ui.util.TagUtils writeUIMessage GSR5000I: Captured exception 175: java.util.MissingResourceException: Can't find resource for bundle java.util.PropertyResourceBundle, key upgrade.fatal.error.none
4/3/13 10:16:33:079 EDT 00000037 utils E com.ibm.sr.ui.util.TagUtils writeUIMessage GSR5001I: Captured exception 175 ends
4/3/13 10:16:33:080 EDT 00000037 utils W GSR5214E: Problem encountered while writing UIMessage tag to the page.

Due to this, we are unable to do any activity in WSRR 8 and if you click on any menu item also, showing the same screen as attached.
If you have already faced the similar type of issue, please let me know the fix for this.

Thanks.
Regards
GVS

    Hi GVS,

There are a number of possible causes for this issue. Please could you raise a PMR and attach the following:

    • A copy of your WSRR configuration profile
    • A copy of the logs from your WSRR server
    • If you used WSRR Studio, a copy of the WSRR Studio project that was used to create the configuration profile (in Studio, right click the project, select Export -> General -> Archive file)

    Cheers,

    Chris
