Pinned topic Running db2prereqcheck for DB2 10.1.2 on Windows 2008 R2

‏2013-04-02T21:12:07Z |
I am trying to run this:
db2prereqcheck.exe -i

but all I am getting is:

"Could not load the resource library %TEMP%\\db2istring_v101.dllThe specified module could not be found."

Where %TEMP% are the actual contents of the TEMP variable. Note the double "\\" after the contents of the TEMP variable... The actual path displayed is "...\AppData\Local\Temp\2\\db2istring_v101.dll".

If I check there, the dll is present.

Any ideas?

    Does the value of the %TEMP% variable, as showing in the output of the "set" command, contain the trailing backslash?

      That was my thinking exactly, so I already checked before I posted. No, it doesn't...
      set temp
      TEMP=C:\Users\xxxxxxx\AppData\Local\Temp\2
