Pinned topic X3650 7979 KYG boot issue

‏2013-04-02T10:24:08Z |
Hi ,
I have X3650 7979 KYG server with raid 5 on it.
From yesterday server does not boot.
Two errors during boot:
1. 162 configuration error
2. "bios not loaded, no device found" shows.
IBM ServeRAID 8 Raid controller (FRU 25R8076) is starting normal but gives me option that configuration is changed, after accepting configuration cannot found drives.

Im suspecting that board where disks are physically mounted is malfunctioned but I cannot get any error from server to be sure.
And when I enter raid configuration utility it shows " no array found" but disc rescan is showing me no error

Could anyone help me with the issue?
Thanks

    Hi,

Please boot with Raid support cd and check logical drive and physical drive status,
    also
Collect and Post support archive log.

      Hi,
after firmware update I've manage see array again, but offline. In attachment is doc file with printscreens of status I have.
How to get array online without risking losing data?
Is it risk to run enable/restore Raid. Does this restore raid config from disk drives?
