Pinned topic Service Times for nmon for RHEL

‏2013-04-01T14:23:22Z |
I saw this posting a couple of years ago as a question, and it doesn't look like there's been a ton of activity on it, so I'll put this note out here --

iostat seems to be able to report happliy on service times and average response times in ms. Could we have that integrated into the next relase of nmon for RHEL, or am I just missing it in the reports?

    Hi,
Is there clear documentation on where and how these stats are reported in the /proc file system?
That would really help out development of the code.

    cheers, Nigel

It looks like /proc/diskstats has just about everything that's required -- Link http://www.xaprb.com/blog/2010/01/09/how-linux-iostat-computes-its-results/
