While processing the .EOB is renamed with a .LCK extension.
Only upon completion and confirmation of all documents this file
gets renamed to .PASS file. If an error occurs then it gets renamed to
and .ERR file.
Should CEBI be interrupted for any reason while processing, upon restart of
CEBI it looks first for any .LCK files and processes them first.
Prior to reprocessing the interrupted batch, the .RPT file contains the id's of the
documents previously attempted to be imported. This list is read and those
documents are removed from the CE. This is done to guarantee that the batch
is completely imported without interruption.
