Hello,

I am facing an issue with workload-based index advisor, eventhough we are licensed to use it. Error Message is copied below. Any idea, why this is showing up ? Thanks in advance !!

Exception Message:
Workload-based Index Advisor is not enabled. Check the status of Query Tuner and enable Workload-based Index Advisor, and try again.

    Hello,

    This error messages indicates some required tables are not available for workload index advisor. It could be some missing explain tables under the current SQLID or incorrect formats of tables. I would suggest you open a PMR against this issue and our L2 team can work with you to figure out what happened. Thanks.
