There's any possibility in TSRM 7.2 to allow a user to write new work logs on a ticket, without them being affected person / ticket owner? The button new row appears disabled for all other users.

The obvious use case would be the affected user's supervisor who needs to include a commentary over a ticket or to request information from the help desk.

    Yes, the new row button on the worklog section of the ticket application is controlled by the INSERT permissions of the ticket object. You must give those users (supervisor) security groups the right to insert a ticket to allow them to insert a worklog entry.
