Hi

i want to delete some not needed zoneconfigs on the SAS RAID Ctlr via telnet but i didn´t work

So i login via telnet and

send the following command

zoneconfig erase 1

but zoneconfig get 1 show that the zone is still there? What i´m doing wrong hereß

    zoneconfig erase 1 should wipe any changes you have made to the custom defined zones 1-4. I do not believe you can erase the pre-defined zones. You cannot completely remove a zone if that is what you are trying to do, but it should set it back to the original MFG configuration for that zone. Which if I'm not mistaken is blades are only assigned to themselves and the external ports.

    Use CLI to log on to BOTH RAID controllers and delete the zone on each.
