Pinned topic RDz/FM:how to escape the box: protocol supported is newer than the client..

RDz 803 / FileManager DB2 : how to inactivate the message:

"The protocol supported is newer than the client. The client should function with the server, but it is recpmmended that you update to a newer client.
Server major: 2 minor 3
Client major: 2 minor 1"

This message appeared following PTF's applied on IBM PDTools FileManager DB2 on the mainframe.

Unfortunately it appears in RDz EACH TIME I edit a template which is a bit annoying.

I will upgrade the plugin of course but for some intern reason I can't do it right now.

For the time being I would like to inactivate this information message. I have already searched the Preferences for some checkbox to make it, in vain.

Is there somebody who can tell me how to deacivate the message ?

Many thanks,
François

Yes - Under preferences, select Problem Determination Tools and uncheck the option "Report server/client version incompatibility".

    I hope that helps.
