The IBM site has to be one of the hardest sites to navigate. I find references to download this file, but I don't see anywhere to download it.
I've been asked to evaluate Rhapsody, but I can't run it. I can't call or email tech support because I'm not yet a customer. Catch-22!
Does anyone know how and where I can find a license for evaluation?

sorry for your difficulties here. Evaluation customers should be able to download the Rhapsody kit with a temporary license.
I'll check the download site is behaving itself
Support should be able to help you too so I am surprised
Please contact support and if you have any problems please refer them to me.

we checked, the license is there for download along with the Rhapsody kit.
Maybe you are missing it. See image attached.
