Pinned topic Slow system and missing License

‏2013-03-21T14:34:07Z |
This morning I tried the demo system for System Architect. The system that runs this application is unacceptable slow (I installed Citrix Receiver 3.3 as proposed in the installation instruction.) When the application finally starts it asks for License. Here my sessions ends.

      Hi, Rudi,
Sorry about this. Would you give us some details about the client OS you are using (window 7 or Mac ) and Citrix Receiver version? And Which License missing it complain about? Citrix, Window Terminal Service or others.
We are using some port forwarding to allow the connection to Citrix Server, so maybe some firewall will block your connection, but you just mentions it slow, it maybe not this case.
Bye the way, We just check our host, performance is well. You could retry it . Every time you request an Sandbox we will give a time period , most is about 4 hours, in this 4 hours you will assign the same machine for the same trial.
      Thanks,
      Chien

I am using Windows 7 - 64bit OS. Installed Citrix Client with no issues. Going into tutorial took 60-70 seconds from clicking anything to window refresh. When System Architect did start it asked for either license server or license file. Since I had neither, I selected cancel and application shut down.

      Hi,

Just check System Architect VM, it seems running fine. You should be able to request again and try it.  But remember if you close the tutorial window, it will shutdown the licence server.  Maybe that's reason it asked for license server.

      Thanks,

      Chien
