Pinned topic ITIM-TDI issue

‏2013-03-20T09:01:59Z |
I have made a CSV to DSML assembly line in TDI v6.1.1 which is running successfully.

in ITIM 5.0, I have made an IDI feed service which listens to the assembly line. When I run reconciliation on the service , it runs successfully but fetches no records.

The trace log are as below:

<Trace Level="MIN">
<Time Millis="1363768870626"> 2013.03.20 14:11:10.626+05:30</Time>
<Server Format="IP">ssftim</Server>
<ProductId>CTGIM</ProductId>
<Component>com.ibm.itim.remoteservices.ejb.mediation</Component>
<ProductInstance>server1</ProductInstance>
<LogText><![CDATAreconciliation returning Results status=SUCCESSFUL. Number of entries processed: 0]></LogText>
<Source FileName="com.ibm.itim.remoteservices.ejb.mediation.ServiceProviderReconciler" Method="processReconciliationQuery"/>
<Thread>Default : 6893</Thread>

Please help me in troubleshooting.

    You are not revealing enough information to make it possible to help you.

    Please read : http://www.catb.org/esr/faqs/smart-questions.html.

    That said - study the examples in the <itim_home>/extensions in the idi_integration folder and also be aware that the data that is available in the work bucket is what is going to be returned to ITIM.

    Agreed.
    CSV, DSML, IDI, which one it is?
    If you have CSV, why don't you use CSV identity feed (pull method)?
    If your assembly line is ready for DSML, why don't you use DSML identity feed (pull method)?
    If you want IDI data feed, why don't you use assembly line with JNDI (push method)?

    Ah... my apology.

    The 'other' DSML pull method is also using IDI data feed. I guess that is what you were chosing to do. Then I guess you were missing some important attributes, such as objectclass, that makes the data is ignored by ITIM.
