Has anyone successfully used ServerGuide Scripting Toolkit (SGTK) v9.30 to deploy Windows OS (2008 R2 SP1 x64 Enterprise) via the network shared option? I'm running into problem with this setup so am currently using the bootable USB option (OS deployment completes without issues using this method).
Here's the setup:
Basic Dlink Router as DHCP Server: 192.168.1.1 (range 192.168.1.101 - 200)
Windows 7 laptop with SGTK installed with auto DHCP.
Shared C:\sgshare folder (default share name "sgshare")
Default SGTK username and password (as prescribed by the SGTK manual).
The last few lines of the errors:
16:46:12 - Prepare 2008 Unattended Installation Answer Files...
File not found - fastprox.dll
0 Files(s) copied
16:46:12 - Launching Microsoft Windows 2008 Pre-Installation process...
The system cannot open the device or file specified. <--repeated 4 times
The current directory is invalid. <--repeated 9 times.
Call InitializeToolkit.cmd returned a non-zero error code!
ReturnCode = 9084
OS deployment stops at the above command prompt.
Thanks in advance for any pointers.
