Hi all,

I'm trying to import the SCCD 7.5 Demo Content Package into a SmartCloud Control Desk Machine (https://www-304.ibm.com/software/brandcatalog/ismlibrary/details?catalog.label=1TW10CO02#) but it doesn´t import any data.

Thanks.

First, this demo pack requires the Optional Content installed from the SmartCloud Control Desk installation launchpad. Second, it is only verified on version 7.5.0.0. If both of those do not apply to your system then I don't believe you can install the demo pack.

    Hi,

I've installed the Optional content to SmartCloud Control Desk, and the SCCD version is 7.5.0.

So, how do I import the Demo Content Package. Does anyone of you have a document with a step by step guide to import this Data.

    Thanks, Kind Regards again.

You should be able to install it from the IBM Content Installer application found on your GoTo menu under System Configuration. Click on the Download link icon on the far right of the Demo Content item in the list and follow the prompts. This demo content is provided "As Is" so you should make a backup of your system before installation.
