Pinned topic Restoring data from a subdirectory on an external server to an aggregator

‏2013-03-14T19:54:09Z |
We archive our Aggregator data on an external server in a subdirectory. When I try to restore a date range of that data in the Guardium UI using the IP address of the external server as the Host Name, the Restore search returns no results (see attached screenshot). I have also tried using the IP Address/subdirectory name and that also does not work.

Does anyone know the correct file path syntax?

Hi, do you configured the external server in the System Backup? The external server is originally the archive server, right? I mean the archived data did not move from another server, right?

After the external server was configured in System Backup, I could do the Restore. Thanks for your help
