Pinned topic How can I change the initial URL in the RPT scripts?

‏2013-03-12T14:06:10Z |
I need to test multiple systems with the same pattern URL.

The code is identical and web pages are identical. Only difference is the initial URL.

Would like to just script once and update the scripts with the new URLs.

How can this be done?

The URLs look like this

http://x.x.x.x/site1
http://y.y.y.y/site2
http://z.z.z.z/site3

I know there are variables setting the IP address and port. But how about the "site1", "site2", "site3" portions of the URL.

Has anyone encountered this before. Would appreciate the help.

thanks.

You could substitute that url from a datapool or a variable and set the value to what you want it to be.
