Do you think i can replace one failed 43W7630 with a 41Y8236 disk without losting my array? Or disk must be identical?

This is the accepted answer.There is no way of recovering a RAID 0 unless recovering the failed drive itself. You should take your failed drive to a specialized disk recovery laboratory. Most of the failures are due to mechanical problems and those are not as hard to fix as RAID level errors are. Be ready to spend some money on this, as this kind of service is not usually cheap.
