Pinned topic running purecov instrumented app get core dump

‏2013-02-28T13:49:55Z |
I am new to PurifyPlus. I installed PurifyPlus.7.0.1.0-002 on solaris SPARC 5.10 and tried to use purecov. When running the instrumented test program, I got a core dump. Other instrumented applications produce the same core dump. Any help is appreciated.

    Hi soupbowl,

Note that PurifyPlus for Linux and UNIX 7.0.1.0-002 only supports up to Solaris
    10 Update 8. If you're using Solaris 10 Update 9 or 10, the new 7.0.1.0-004
release will be available shortly and will support U9 and U10. This web page
will be updated when the new iFix is available:

    http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21315781

    Best regards,
    Don
