Pinned topic Getting error from ISIM Lotus Notes Agent for Windows version 6.0.2

‏2013-02-19T05:01:25Z |
Hi Experts,

I'm new on ISIM Lotus Notes Agent for Windows.

I've installed the ISIM Lotus Notes Agent version 6.0.2 on the following server:

Windows edition: Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard
System type: 64-bit Operating System
Installed Lotus Notes client version: 8.5.3
Installed Lotus Domino Administrator version: 8.5.3
Installed ISIM version: 6.0
After I successfully install the agent refer to IBM_Security_Lotus_Notes_Adapter_InstallLog.log.

The ISIM Lotus Notes Agent (NotesAgent) service cannot start, the error is

"Windows could not start the ISIM Lotus Notes Agent (NotesAgent) service on Local Computer. Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion"

And then I've tried to manual ran "NotesAgent.exe -NAME NotesAgent" but I got this error instead "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application."
Could anyone help me please..
Best regards,
Nuttapong(Beginner)

The 0xc000007b error indicates that something went wrong in your installation.

Rip the installation off the machine and retry it.

You may want to run the installation as "Administrator" to ensure that it is able to install dlls the right places.

Do you have other adapters on the machine ? This may give you problem if the dlls are non-compatible...

Thank for your answer Franz Wolfhagen.

But I have already resolve it by adding where is my *.dll path (C:\Program Files (x86)\ibm\Lotus\Notes) to path of system variables and restart server.
    Kind regards,
