We are currently using Guardium 8.2 p.150 in our production environment.
Can we use the upgrade patch provided by Fix Central to upgrade from 8.2 to 9.0 given at:-
And currently we have STAP Agents for version 8.2 for Guardium appliance.
Can STAP 8.2 agents work with Guardium Appliance with v9.0. ?
Or we would have to update the Clients as well ?
Is there any licensing issue involved while doing this update ?

Yes, you have to use the upgrade patch available in fix central to perform the upgrade.
Yes, STAP v8.2 will work with v9.0 but is recommended to upgrade to v9.0 as well. If you are using GIM, it is very easy and straight forward upgrade process.
In term of licensing, as long as you still under the maintenance contract, you should have no problem of doing the upgrade.
