Pinned topic Auto-Population Rules with Alarm count

‏2013-02-16T07:43:42Z |
Hi,

I have a service model which is built using auto-population rule and Incoming status rule. Clicking on the service element will pull all the relevant alarms. So is there any easy way to get the alarm count to display in scorecard without writing separate complex omnibus data fetchers for each level ? Please Advice.

Service model screenshots attached.

Kind Regards,
VJ

I suggest you consider the IBM Solution for BSM content. This is a free add on to your basic TBSM v6.x deployment that will provide this event count per instance and at grouping levels out of the box.

        Thank you for your response.

Can i deploy IBM Solution for BSM content in TBSM 6.1 and copy the relevant rules to 4.2.1 ?

        Kind Regards,
