Pinned topic Adapter 0: BBU Learn Failed

‏2013-02-15T13:20:29Z |
Hi,

We changed some BBU on our M5015 last month.
BBu auto learn failed on some server, I think it is because the BBU was Charging (Event Description: Battery relearn pending: Battery is under charge)

MegaCli -AdpBbuCmd -GetBBuStatus -a0
return a Battery State : Non operational
When I check the next Learn Time value, it give me a date in the past which is the date of the BBu replacement
So I tried to force the BBU Learn via

megacli -AdpBbuCmd -BbuLearn -a0
but it gave me this error

Adapter 0: BBU Learn Failed

And all server where my "Next Learn time" is in the past, BBU Learn failed

So I've also tried to change the BBU nextLearnTime via this command but it doesn't work and I don't find why

echo
"nextLearnTime = $(($(date -d "2 days
" +%s) - $(date -d "UTC 2000-01-01
" +%s)))Sec" > conf.txt megacli -AdpBbuCmd -SetBbuProperties -f conf.txt -a0

Adapter 0: No Property match found in File. Set BBU Properties Failed.

Any help ?

Best regards

    Dear Benjamin,

could you provide DSA log of your server.
BTW, what is the OS used?
