WESB takes 0 as default value for interger type variable. If we expose service with integer as input then ESB throws serialization error if we pass characters. Is there any way so that this variable should accept character or blank data?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Exception when we pass chars to int field2013-03-23T02:19:21Z in response to SystemAdminHello, I am not sure I understand the problem. Is it that you want to assign a field to xsd:int but pass in a string? This is bad practice and also would violate xml schema validation.
Also you did not mention where the exception is coming from. Is it an XML Map?
