Hi Everyone,

Is there a way to display a DOORS table in a Layout DXL?

Thanks,

    No, you cannot display columns for tables ..err.. table cells.

    Yes. If you turn off viewing "Table Cells" you get to see a "table header" object, representing the table. Your layout could display some information about that table for THAT column for THAT object, which is normally unseen.

    if (cell(obj) or row(obj)) halt
    if (!table(obj))
    { // display info of normal object
    }
    else
    { // display information about the table
       iRow = 0
       for oRow in obj do
       {  iColumn = 0
          for oCell in oRow do
          { // oCell is at Row/Column iRow/iColumn
            iColumn++
          }
          iRow++
       }
    }

    It does not seem realistic to me to display the entire table, but perhaps you can display the number of rows and cells.
