Pinned topic BigInsights 2.0 Installation issue

I am installing BigInsights 2.0 enterprise version on 4 node cluster with CentOS 6.3 and 4 GB RAM.

After installation completes i am getting the following error message .

IUI0005E: The installation failed with fatal error: Failed to obtain user home for "user X".

The logs are :

    Did you create "user X" user?
    I think it may be the case that it doesn't like the space.
    Please try re-installing BigInsights, and specify a different user.

    Thanks for the reply .
    What I identified was that when I was performing the installation using system X it was not able to give privlleges*(hive -e "grant ")* to the same(system X) user.But when we change it to other user(*biadmin*) , the installation was successfully.
