Information on the sample WTX 8.4 test can be found at:
Test 000-350: IBM WebSphere Transformation Extender V8.4, Application Development:
    http://www-03.ibm.com/certify/tests/sam350.shtml

As far as getting copies of the actual sample tests, the IBM Testing Policies at http://www-03.ibm.com/certify/policy/index.shtml state:
"A violation of IBM testing policy may result in the revocation of certification and suspension from the IBM Professional Certification Program.

The content of each IBM exam is the property of IBM Corporation. The test content is proprietary and confidential and may not be reproduced or disclosed.

You may not reproduce or disclose any test content, in any manner, to anyone."
