Pinned topic How to log in to Rational Requirements Composer in cloud-based trial

‏2013-02-08T16:07:19Z |
I would like to try Rational Requirements Composer (RRC) as a cloud-based trial.
I got a newly activated cloud-based trial account, and signed in at: http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/expert/login/

What I found is options setting up an OS, e.g. Linux.
Is there a way to log in to RRC here, or am I completely lost?

I'm not interested in installing it (RRC), just testing its functions.

    Hi,

    I do not believe that Asset is in the Trial account.

    Did you locate it via RAM? If so, please provide the Image ID number you are attempting to deploy.

    Sincerely,

    //Rich

    At this time we do not offer RRC as a stand alone image in our cloud Trial account catalog. The full list of what's currently available for trial purposes can be found here: https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/cloud/cloudtrial.html

    That said, RRC is a component of the Rational solution for Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) -which also includes Rational Team Concert (RTC) and Rational Quality Manager (RQM). This was just released as a Service on our SmartCloud and is available for a test drive in the Trial account catalog by clicking on the 'Service instance' tab from the Control Panel. Click 'Add service instance', choose the data center you'd like to deploy in and then choose 'IBM SmartCloud Application CLMS v1.0'

    If you are strictly interested in RRC, you might try this site: https://jazz.net/products/clm/
