Pinned topic Web API - list of snapshots for a process app?

‏2013-02-07T20:11:10Z |
When trying to instantiate a process with the Web API (web service, not REST) I'm unable to specify a snapshot ID in the proper format. These IDs seem to be unavailable anywhere in the application (process center, process admin) and there doesn't seem to be a web API call to be able to list the snapshots for a process app. Is there any way to do this?

I am afraid I don't have an answer for you but am curious as to what is prompting your usage of the Web Services API as opposed to the REST API?

You can retrieve the the process information by making a call to GetProcessBySystemId. It requires the proces app short name and system id. The system id is visible in the overview tab of the BPD when Lombardi Advanced Features is turned on in the authoring enviroment.

This call should return the latest version of the BPD. I believe the system id is static. Unless you were to delete the bpd and recreate it.
