I am using VBA to update a rectangle Symbol's graphic comment, however it isnt reflected in the diagram or the symbol's definition dialog. When executed, the debug line which follows displays that the graphic comment property was filled correctly, but doesnt show in the diagram. I'm probably missing something basic:
If mySymbol.name = "Modify this Symbol" Then
mySymbol.SetProperty "Graphic Comment", "test commentary..."
Debug.Print mySymbol.name & "==" & mySymbol.GetProperty("Graphic Comment")

Re: VBA - attempt to update symbol "Graphic Comment"2013-02-07T14:24:35ZThis is the accepted answer. This is the accepted answer.The actual symbol property for a Graphic Comment is "Description".
Try setting the Description property of the symbol.
