Pinned topic "Request a new Service" greyed out on SCCD, Maximo 7.5

On Maximo 7.5 with SmartCloud Control Desk. I'm working on getting our Self Service Center up and running with SmartCloud and "Search for Solutions," "Report an Issue," and "Frequent Requests" are functioning, but "Request a new Service" is grayed out.
How do I activate "Request a new Service?"

    I believe you first must have an active service offering in an active catalog and your security group must not be restricted from that catalog or offering. Then you should be able to click on Request a new Service.

    Yes! My Catalog and Offering both were not set to Active. When I changed status to Active, it came up. Thanks.
