Recently the DataPower XI50 box is unstable. When I go to different pages after I login, sometimes it will show me the 500 error, sometimes it will show me the incompleted page. Attached please find the screen captured. Thanks.
Besides, checked the system log but cannot see anything. Could I have your advance.

you are really backlevel with your firmware version (220.127.116.11), January fixpack (18.104.22.168) has just been released:
Please upgrade to 22.214.171.124, it is likely that your problem has been fixed already -- and if the problem remains, please raise a PMR.
Most likely Level2 support will then request a full device backup from you for investigation.
(your screenshot does not tell us which XI50 model exactly you have)
