Hi,

I'm indexing an unstructured block of content which is an XML element in my content record.

For example -

Now I have created an index field in my collection and mapped this field to a facet called JD. I also created a dictionary to use only a specific set of keywords like "Oakland", "California", "SQL", etc.. and applied these words to my facet.

When I start the miner - I get these keywords in search results in Facets view but along with complete job description.

I just wanted only the frequency of keywords that I create in the dictionary and no other junk text in my facet view.

Please suggest a solution to this issue.

Thanks,

    Hi ,

I am using IBM Cognos Content Analytics v 2.1 in my end of study project. ( I am new using this tool)
And I have nearly the same problems in the exploration text application.

In fact, my boss want to see something like this demo : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v8jHNkQ4fdY on the example of juice and tea type which exist in the firststep folder as xml files.

I added the facets and the keywords but the tool is not able to do the text mining.
It is only doing a keyword search.
So I can't see the Time Series, Facet pairs, facets, trends ...

Can you help me to activate the text mining ?

    Thanks for your help.
