In the earlier releases of Tririga ( < 10.3), there was an option to add users to a particular reservation event(Global Menu->Requests->Location Reservation). But in Tririga 10.3, that option seems to be missing. Am I missing something? Could anyone throw any light on this.

This is the accepted answer.The TRIRIGA Reservation is used to track the back-office functions and operations of a meeting; including availability of resources, equipment delivery and food services. A typical Calendaring system (like Lotus Notes, Outlook or Google Calendar) is expected to be used to track the people/attendee's of the meetings.
