I am trying to create a virtual FC from the command line of a HMC, but I find the chhwres command a bit confusing when it comes to the creation of a server adapter vs client adapter. Has anyone tried it before from the command line?

On a Virtual I/O Sever :
# chhwres -r virtualio -m managed_system1 -o a --id vio_server_id --rsubtype fc -s vfc_adapter_id -a "adapter_type=server,remote_lpar_na me=name_of_remote_lpar,remote_slot_num=remote_client_fc_id "
On lpar :
# chhwres -r virtualio -m managed_system1 -o a --id lpar_id --rsubtype fc -s vfc_adapter_id -a "adapter_type=client,remote_lpar_na me=name_of_remote_vios,remote_slot_num=remote_server_fc_id "
